Pelican Inlet Condominiums reside in the Crescent Beach area of St. Augustine, Fl.
We are located about 10 miles south of the city of St. Augustine and 6 miles south of St. Augustine Beach.
Built in 1982 there are a total of 82 individual condominium units. Units are two bedroom, two bath flats (1 level), and are aproximately 980 square feet. Each unit has its own washer and dryer.
We have a pool and tennis courts with plenty of on-site uncovered parking. Access to the beach is located across the street through the public beach walkway. There is a public boat ramp providing access to the Intercoastal Waterway located just behind the complex.
About Crescent Beach
Crescent Beach located on Anastasia Island just south of St. Augustine Beach, has six miles of beautiful beach. The atmosphere is very laid back. Private homes, vacation rentals and condominiums are mixed throughout this small oceanfront community. The majority of the properties were developed during the real estate boom of the 70's and 80's. The founding fathers were wise to put into place building restrictions that have kept crescent Beach a pretty, safe and quiet place to visit and live.
